AJ has been a follower of Christ for 37 years. He is a husband to his wife, Tristen, and father of two children. AJ is currently a Chief Officer on an internationally accredited  Fire Department, where he has served for over 25 years. He is a certified speaker, teacher, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team.  AJ is the founder and owner of Equipped 2 Lead, which equips organizational leaders of this generation and the next to serve and lead well. He serves at his church in a teaching role for both youth and adult ministries.
