Our Team

  • Robert had been a child of God since January of 2000. He is a lifelong resident of Covington, LA, where he and his wife, Nicole, live with their three children. He attended St. Paul’s High School and Louisiana State University, graduating in 1999. He is the author of the sanctifying book The Miracle of Matthew.

    Robert serves on the board of directors of the Southeast Foundation and is the founder and Executive Director of Differentology Ministries.  Robert has attended New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, where he studied biblical discipleship, and is currently a student of the Michael Rawlings School of Divinity, where he is pursuing a Masters in Christian Leadership.

  • AJ has been a follower of Christ for 37 years. He is a husband to his wife Tristen, and father of two children. AJ is currently a Chief Officer on an internationally accredited  Fire Department, where he has served for over 25 years. He is a certified speaker, teacher, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team.  AJ is the founder and owner of Equipped 2 Lead, which equips organizational leaders of this generation and the next to serve and lead well. He serves at his church in a teaching role for both youth and adult ministries.

  • Sam is a relentless follower of Jesus of Nazareth. Originally from the south shore, Sam married his high school sweetheart, Ashley, and after a stop in Covington, LA, they currently reside in Ponchatoula, LA, with their two daughters.

    His passion for men to know Jesus Christ, as well as what he perceived as a gap in the community, led him to Differentology, where he co-founded the Northshore Men’s Retreat. Sam provides for his family in the security industry, where he travels the country to provide early childhood protection while sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
